BTW, do you have the money and a close friend? You could ask the friend to mail out the money(I have 40+ unique refs, and almost 70 total), and then pay them back, or give them the money to send.

Or do your parents have paypal? You could bid, give them the money, they send the money to someone who is willing to send the cash, send it, etc. LMK if either is do able.
