PokePop Administrator Staff member Feb 17, 2010 #2 Sure it can be Power Sprayed. It's the use of a Power. Of course, the user can just go ahead and use the Power again immediately. So, it would be kind of a waste of the Power Spray card. But that doesn't mean you can't do it.
