Fighting fury belt on evolved pokemons

Hello,
I’ve been testing out Fighting Fury Belt online.
I’m a little confused and know the online version is not always right. So, my question is:
-I can attach it only to basic pokemon, but what happens when I evolve the pokemon? Online the card and the increased power stays there. Is that correct? That as long as you attach it to a basic then it’s also usable on a stage 1 and stage 2 and so on?

There is no restriction on the Tool only being attached to Basic Pokemon.
It can be attached to any Pokemon.
However, only Basic Pokemon should be able to get the benefit from it.
If PTCGO is giving the bonus HP and damage to evolved Pokemon, that is a glitch.
