Finally visited the NYC Pokemon Center

I was actually impressed by the place. Although it's "Nintendo World" now, the whole first floor is all pokemon, and they had everything from plushies to booster boxes.

They had figurines, wiis set up with pokemon games, DS's and VERY friendly staff. Very well-done indeed.

We splurged... a tad :lol::

*edit* someone there said they're hosting a fairly large event on 10/7 for BW2, but no details on their site. Anyone know more?

10/7 is the release date of BW2 iirc, so probably why they're hosting a large event.

Sadly it is nothing compared to the old Pokemon Center. :/ There used to be a wall covered with pokemon cards as wall paper.
