First Ticket Mulligan follow-up

If my opponent mulligans and I draw First Ticket off of the mulligan card(s), can I still play the First Ticket? Or would it have to be in my opening hand of 7 cards?

No. It would have to be one of your 7 opening hand cards.

Can you please expand on this? The card says to play it before the coin is flipped to determine who goes first, and it's my understanding that you draw mulligan cards before flipping to see who goes first. If I draw mulligan cards first then play first ticket, how could my opponent know if I had it in my first 7 cards?

Yes, you could play it.
I see that I stated more than I meant to.
I just meant to say that you can't play it from a hand that is a mulligan.
