First Ticket Questions

Hello, I have two questions about first ticket.

1. If my opponent mulligans and I draw First Ticket off of the mulligan card(s), can I still play the First Ticket? Or would it have to be in my opening hand of 7 cards?

2. Does First Ticket bypass the rules for best of 3 Top Cut matches?

1. No. It would have to be one of your 7 opening hand cards.

2. Yes. But if both players play a First Ticket, it reverts back to normal rules for Best of Three.

Clarification:

I see that I stated more than I meant to.
I just meant to say that you can't play it from a hand that is a mulligan.

You can certainly play it if it is a card you drew into your opening hand as a result of an opponent's mulligan.
