Deck name: Reactive Pollen

Pokemon (20)
4 Oddish (evolution) UF
3 Gloom (evolution) UF
4 Bellossom (beatdown) UF
3 Spinarak (evolution) UF
3 Ariados (beatdown) UF
3 Yanma (draw) UF

Trainers (24)
3 Steven's Advice (draw)
3 TV Reporter (draw) POP2
3 Prof.Elm's Training Method (draw)
3 Master Ball (draw)
3 Mr.Briney's Compassion (enable)
3 Rare Candy (enable)
2 Ancient Tomb (disable)
2 Battle Frontier (disable)
3 Energy Root (enable)

Energy (16)
11 Grass Energy
4 Boost Energy

Main Idea:
Swarm with Ariados early game, hopefully Turn 1 with Rare Candy and inflict early status conditions on the opponent coupled with serious damage if not treated for just 1 energy. Energy Roots enable Ariados to survive at least two hits before going out. As Ariados disrupts, power up and get ready swarms of Bellossoms to enable a 100 for 1 Boost energy attack. Mr.Brney's Compassion enables the grass warriors to survive longer while disrupting and damaging at the same time. Repeated Bellossom strikes can thus be repeated.
All fixes and reviews welcomed.

Looks solid to me, neither are weak to the same type and ancient tomb helps out. U might wanna increase yanma to 4 and maybe parasect to attach nrg? Boy there sure are a whole lot of grass pokemon nowsadays even sunflora seems applicable

Hi!
Here are the changes:
-3 Professor Elm's Training Method
+3 Celio's Network
PETM is only good in decks that have Pokémon-ex; sometimes you'll need the basic in your hand, not the evolution.

Hi hiddenlegion,

Thanks for the review but im not really keen on adding in Parasect as the deck is focusing on disruption and a bit of speed (through Boost for Bellossom); also this deck works best if Ariados can be set up first turn with Rare Candy, ensuring that one will be able to inflict Special Conditions fast. Ya, had a dilemna and considered Sunflora.

Hi Papi/Manny,

Thanks for the review, totally forgot about that one. Will go with 2 HL HD Bellossoms.

Hi shiftrymaster68,

Would you like to elaborate on the Speedrill approach? Dont really understand the Speedrill structure. Thanks in advance.

P.S. Will also amend the Battle Frontier to Desert Ruins but wanted more on disrupting Metals/Darks/Norms. But Desert Ruins sounds fine to me. Celio's Network i agree is more playworthy.

Thanks for the Speedrill format list. However, not that keen on running Pidgeot. But thanks for the Trainer structure.

Pokemon (22)

3 Bellossom (beatdown) UF
1 Bellossom (healing) HL
4 Spinarak (evolution) UF
4 Ariados (beatdown) UF

2 Ancient Tomb (disable)
1 Desert Ruins (disable)
3 Sitrus Berry/Energy Root (enable)

Energy (15)
10 Grass Energy
4 Boost Energy

Edited deck based on constructive reviews. Celio's Network over PETM. And added in 2 Healing Bellossoms. A bit confused over whether Sitrus Berries or Energy roots will be more useful... Trying to add in more heal cards to ensure the deck can disrupt, build up on Bellossoms and remain a constant healing touch on the pokemon.
Reviews please.

Hi blastoise1992,

Thanks for bringing that up, totally forgot about that. Will remove 1 Heal Dance Bellossom for 1 more Ariados and will remove 1 more card so a 4-4 line of Ariados will suffice.

Cephiro

Energy root>sitrus berry, since none of your Pokemon have powers anyways, and getting more HP is better than healing.

I actually really like this idea, if you can get a Bell out really quick, you can swarm them without hesitation. Spider trapping up the big threats should also prove to be great.

The one thing, though, Dark Steelix kills you. Because of that, I'd try to either fit in some ATM rocks or crystal shards, which will help you against any metal types, and vs. Draggy.

Hi Esperante,

Thanks for the review, will definitely try to fit in some of em ATM Rocks or Crystal Shards (abit more to the crystal shard side as like you mentioned, is good against Draggy too). Energy Root, yes i agree will help Ariados out.

cut off the other line (ariados). concentrate on bellossom is enough.
to pull pokemon out fast, put in more celio and elm training. 4 magby (TRR) may be a good option as it reuses a supporter!

Hi Dark Jirachi,

While playtesting i noticed that Ariados was vital for a T1/T2 status disruption as i started construction of a Bellossom wall. Thus, am not really keen on removing it just yet. But thanks for the suggestion anyways!
Also, adding another line just for draw power does'nt really interest me.

P.S. : Ariados may be replaced once POP2 Pidgeot makes its appearence, lotsa switch needed! What are your views on this? Should i do it or not?

Cephiro

Defenitely no. Low HP.
it will be pawned by zre.

if you really want to use it, try to fit in Surprise!
you can change your bellossom or your pidgeot!
