This deck is brutal. I've gone 14-2 with it so far. For changes, I was thinking about this:

- 1 Lucario
- 1 Riolu
- 1 Scramble Energy
- 1 Professor Rowan

+ 1 Lucario Lv. X
+ 1 Quick Ball/Warp Point
+ 1 Multi Energy
+ Professor Oak's Visit

Reasons: Lucario Lv. X is the bomb. Stalling in this deck is necessary to get Flygon ex d out effectively. Since Flygon SW is the only Pokemon that Scramble Energy would work effectively on, and I'm only using two, Multi energy would be a better choice.

Strategy: Start with Lucario to spread damage. Set up Flygon or Flygon ex d. Do crazy damage.

4-3-1 Lucario line is the way to go. Riolu start is the goal right?
-4 Buffer Piece (what are they used for anyway?)
-1 Professor Rowan
-1 Scramble Energy

+1 Cessation Crystal
+1 Strength Charm
+1 Psychic Energy (so many searchers, this just makes it easier)
+1 Warp Point
+1 Night Maintenance/ TSD
+1 Island Hermit

Try that out. NM/TSD is to get back the one important LvX or ex. Island Hermit is to find it if it's in the prizes.
Hope that helps.

I'll try some of those changes. Buffer Piece is because of the popular decks in my metagame. It's helped a ton so far.
