flygon rising rivals question

i looked at all of the previous questions and couldn't find this one.

flygon's pokebody reads
rainbow float: "If any basic energy card attatched to flygon is the same type as any of your pokemon. the retreat costfor those Pokemon is 0."

my question is, if you had a multi energy attatched to flygon would all types of pokemon (excluding colorless) of yours have free retreat???

Multi Energy is a "Special Energy card", not a "Basic Energy card", as required by the Body.
So that would be a "no".
