Well here is a different approach to a Flygon Deck I once used.
Pokemon
Trapinch (SW) x 3
Vibrava (RR) x 2
Flygon (2-1-1) RR-SW-RR
Baltoy (GE) x 2
Claydol (GE) x 2
Crogunk (AA) x 2
Toxicroak (AA) x 2
Chatot (MD) x 1
Uxie (LA) x 1
Azelf (LA) x 1
Mr. Mime (MT) x 1
Nidoran(f) (RR) x 1
Nidoqueen (RR)x 1
Unown G (GE) x 2
Trainers
Broken Time-Space x 2
Stark Mountain x 1
Rare Candy x 3
Roseanne's Research x 3
Luxury Ball x 1
Bebe's Search x 2
Night Maintenance x 2
Cynthia's Feelings x 1
Expert Belt x 1
Memory Berry x 2
Super Scoop Up x 2
Warp Point x 2
Palmer's Contribution x 1
Energy
Fighting x 4
Psychic x 4
Call x 2
Upper x 2
Strategy:
Get a Flygon up and running as quickly as possible. If you are fighting some of the new colorless pokemon that would give Flygon pause, switch to the Toxicroak. The stark mountain allows for moving of fighting energy to it, so you only need to attach a psychic to have it up and going. I've added some super scoop up to help clear my field of my basics, so I can replace them with Evos to boost Flygon's Power Swing.
The memory berries are for flygon, while the expert belt is to help give toxicroak that edge, 110 HP and doing 80 + poison isn't bad at all.
I'm adding in a single Mr. Mime, so I have a wall that will mess up the typical Gyrados deck, as well as giving me defense against Shuppet/Uxie and Kingdra.
Any tips for helping me deal with Gengar and its lvl X, assuming he becomes popular?
