flygon has a poke-body Psychic Protector. it says you may reduce damage by 10 for each card you discard from your hand. (up to 4).
does anyone know if this damage that is reduced gets applied before or after weakness and resistance???

It is an effect on Flygon ex (the Defending Pokemon), so it is applied after Weakness and Resistance.
