what is the format for states going to be???

Same as it was for Cities, just with COL added. I've never seen sets removed from Modified before Worlds. I doubt it will happen this year.

Cards from any of the following sets: (DP: Majestic Dawn, DP: Legends Awakened, DP: Stormfront, Platinum, Rising Rivals, Supreme Victors, Arceus, HearGold & SoulSilver, HS: Unleashed, HS: Undaunted, HS: Triumphant, Call of Legends, HS: Trainer Kit, Rumble plus DP22 & Higher promos, and HGSS01 & Higher promos). If card has been reprinted in one of the sets mentioned above the older version can be used (i.e. Warp Point, Potion, etc).

Machamp will prob win a states with a lot of sp in the meta i can see someone get lucky and go in with machamp and there only be sp also machamp does well against lostgar because you go into lv x and stomp lost gar into the ground
