Why didn't you just use Primal Calling for your Relicanth. GE Relicanth's Primal Calling is the exact same thing as you said for Ancient Call, only the wording is simpler.

Search your deck for up to 3 Trainer cards that have Fossil in their names, show them to your opponent, and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Yes mr blind person that's not able to read and still able to make statements that they are exactly the same.:nonono:

Wow a mild difference. I still like the wording of Primal Calling better than Ancient Calling. It's not that I'm blind or I wouldn't be able to come on here now would I? I missed 1 extra detail. Get over it.

The minor wording you missed was actually the most important part of the change in text. I probably shouldn't ask but why do you feel its necessary to attempt to criticize every single small possible mistake or thing that you opinion-wise don't like, yet when you make a mistake on something you disregard it as if its not important? Considering you expect everyone else to hold up to your really confusing standards. With your lack of modesty and regards for others it really holds most of your comments on threads moot points and redundant.

As for the fossil cards ideas, I feel that fossil cards are always at such a disadvantage due to essentially being evolved from the fossil. Maybe a set of fossil cards with a pokepower that lets you play it as a basic, but if you do you search your deck for the fossil card and discard that and also another card from your hand in order to play it direct. It sounds slightly expensive, but then if attacks from the card are based off of things you could have just discarded, it could be a good combo. I might post some later, but just kinda wanted to get that idea out there.

Considering your brutal reviews are often to par of the tcg designers, would you mind giving your opinions of my fossil cards Arceus?

Brutality is appreciated actually.

I'll give you my brutality. I'm nice like that, I guess.

Any effects that search through the deck, like "Wave Relic" require you to shuffle your deck. Poke-Powers typically require you to use the Power when that Pokemon is in play, or when it is coming into play, but that's more or less trivial. They already broke the rules with Sableye SF's Poke-Body, so you can do it too if you want to.

"Wave Evolution" has to be a Poke-Power, if anything. Poke-Bodys are always considered "on", and they are continuous. A one-time usage deserves "Poke-Power" more than "Poke-Body."

I would word "Vicious Strike", "If this attack knocks out the defending Pokemon, you may move any damage counters not necessary to knock out the defending Pokemon onto one of your opponent's benched Pokemon."

Preventing something from attacking is never a good idea. It prevents you from making misplays (broken lol). "Evolution Drop" should say "If the defending Pokemon isn't an evolved Pokemon, this attack fails."

Ancient Relic is really game-breaking. A Poke-Power from the deck? Really? If you ask me, that's starting to get a little farfetch'd.

"History Lock" has text that isn't necessary. Fossil Pokemon can't attack in the first place (they have no attacks) so only cards that evolve from Fossils will be necessary.

As for balanced/broken, I think they're alright. A few of the attacks range on broken, but they cost so many Energy to use they probably won't get set up anyway.

I personally found the cards very bland. They all had to do with evolution, which Omastar almost always has something to do with evolution. Not bad, though. Are these your first faking attempts?

Not even remotely close to my first actually. I've won a little prestige on both the gym and beach for my faking attempts, I just figured I'd try something a little closer to the norm, and floowing a few of the examples set by previous primes as a guidance. I can usually get pretty creative.

Though there are a few "one time" or "used" pokebodies, such as Raichu Lv X, I'll curve and change them.

Kabutops Vicious Strike attack cannot be reworded without changing the effect.

Old Amber is only as nasty as any Aerodactyl can be, and even my prime isn't too massively overpowering.

Fossils can attack while TM'd. Though droppable, the text does have purpose.

Beyond that, I'll update them with your guidance.

Okay, I can fully understand that you don't want the effect changed. I was simply trying to make it resemble something more "in-game", so to speak, but to each his own.

It's not really "game-breaking", pardon me. What I meant was that the effect, in my humble opinion, is just too crazy. A Poke-Power in play; normal. A Poke-Power from the hand; not seen before, but kind of cool I guess. A Poke-Power from the deck... do you see what I mean?

I forgot about TMs, I haven't used that concept in a while. I, too, have gained some prestige in the faking community, on the Beach at least. On the Gym, I haven't really been around to gain any, but hopefully by starting out like this I can slowly progress to some actual prestige.

You could look at the text on Dragonite EX (the Grass-type from Dragon Frontiers) which has a similar effect to your Vicious Strike attack. Here's a reminder of what it says:

"Put 8 damage counters on the Defending Pokemon. If that Pokemon would be Knocked Out by this attack, put any damage counters not necessary to Knock Out the Defending Pokemon on your opponent's Benched Pokemon in any way you like."

I'm aware. The problem however, is that you aren't spreading to the bench, but pre-injuring his new active.

(F)(C) Vicious Strike 60
If the Defending Pokemon would be knocked out by this attack, your opponent puts any damage counters not necessary to Knock Out the Defending Pokemon on 1 of his or her Benched Pokemon, if any, and switches that Pokemon with their Defending Pokemon.

That's the best I would come up with...
