If I use Zoroark's Foul Play to copy Landorus EX's Land's Judgment, may I choose to 'discard all F Energy', to do 150 damage even if Zoroark has no fighting Energy to discard?

Land's Judgment 80 - You may discard all F Energy attached to this Pokemon. If you do, this attack does 70 more damage.

when the game checks to see if you discarded Fighting, it doesn't see that you did, so you don't get the bonus.
