i though ebAy price Are highervthan normal

they are somewhat cheaper than what is considered retail but they are used as a guide to what people are willing to sell and buy the cards for, but this is the most acurate way to really know the actual price of a card at a given period of time

The trick is not to use active listings on Ebay but to only search Completed Listings. This way you can tell what people have paid, not what sellers want people to pay.
