The strategy for this deck is pretty straightforward, you set up your bench t1 with kengaskan preferably 1 mareep and 1 voltorb then next turn you do as much as you can with what you have and attack with comet punch. As soon as you can get ampharos up and ready to attack thaen start setting up a lucario for revenge ko's and make sure to spam electrodes ability ;). I know that now that the new rules are in place pokemon catcher has become less viable but if you get heads you can disrupt your opponents strategy, also I tried cpu search with this deck, but I found that I used it pretty early in game to get pokemon and it was discarding my useful cards, so I went with master ball.

Edit:

I modified this deck for being tournament legal and changed it into a plasma variant

I've been having some problems with snipers taking out my electrodes and I want to add a mr. mime in, but I don't know what I should take out... Kengaskan maybe?

Although if I do that it will sacrifice some damage output.
