Furious Fists Launch Kit

72x Furious Fists Booster Packs
8x Theme Decks
16x Holo Promos (2 designs - 8 of each)

MSRP - n/a at this time.

Basically intended for people who purchase in bulk, who have their own mini TCG businesses, collect sets etc.

I actually suspect this is intended for store owners to run limited events with. I seriously doubt this product makes it way to any of the big box retailers, as it's pretty clearly intended to be for game store owners. No player needs 8 theme decks.

So you would say...

I like the 2 promo idea. It should be 2 different promos, where the player must choose between the two, you know, how the consumer with a $40 budget has to choose between Pokemon X or Pokemon Y at a video game store? I kind of wished TPCi did something like that for the pre-release.

They could even pull off a Wizards of the Coast and make the prerelease promo an alternate art of the theme deck holo haha.

That's the same price as a PS4 haha.

I'm pretty sure these are supposed to be for stores to hold sealed and draft events. I don't know why they included a box worth of theme decks, but I guess they are for theme deck battles?

It could be bought by those people who run some sort of a trading card game club at their school, rather than an established store as well. I'm pretty sure these aren't for your run of the mill consumer like you and me.

Let's just say that if you are not buying this for resale of the individual components, then I just don't know what you are thinking.

I wonder how many people think this is one of those bajillion box sets that are released, and buy it because they just had to buy every single Pokemon TCG product known to mankind?

That Msrp has to be wrong. That's 120 a box and 20 dollars a theme deck.

Isn't the point for this product to be a value? Or am I missing something?

The only thing that could make it worth the money is if the promos were super awesome full art trainers like sycamore and shauna, that are exclusive only to the box

MSRP on a box is over $140.

Again, this product is almost certainly not intended for the consumer, but rather for a gaming store to break up/use for a release event/etc.

I realize the purpose of the product a 400 dollar price point defeats the purpose tho...it would just be cheaper for a store to order 2 boxes and a case of starter decks

We actually don't know that for sure. Stores don't pay MSRP, stores pay wholesale. I would guess wholesale on this is likely a discount on 1/3 the price of a case+the price of a case of theme decks.

If it was possible to buy these I might split one with my bf because I'm collecting full master sets... then again I do manage to get almost everything I need from two pre-releases since I trade around after the event :3 I want the promos though since I collect XY promos a bit worried they might be exclusive to this set QQ. Still wouldn't mind getting this as long as I'm not paying premium for it.

I'm with jenkem918 on this one. Buying everything by itself adds up to less than what this kit costs. Unless the Poke Co. values convenience by around $100+, there's no point in buying this. Maybe if the Promos are something that's really, really good... but that's a big if.
