G-Booster Vs. Silver Mirror

In regards to G-Booster and silver mirror, does Silver Mirror prevent G-Booster? I know G-Booster goes through effects on the pokemon but since Silver Mirror is an equip/Item, does it bypass that as well?

Silver Mirror may be an Item card, but the way it works is by placing an effect on the attached Pokemon, so G Booster ignores it.
