The plan is to start with Honchcrow or Weavile, Hochcrow makes sure you can get energy gain and galactic HQ in your hand so skunktank can begin poisen your opponent, Toxicroak is the main attacker and a great counter angainst Machamp with its "unown G" like abillity, for 2 energies, it does 20 damage but if your opponent is poisend (which is what skuntank does) it does 60 damage
Maybe you think "Hey D*mbass, Mewtwo Lv.X will completely own your B-hind" and will say this is why Dialgia lv.X comes in, with its pokebody, any non-sp pokemon can use their pokebody which means mewtwo is OWNED!!
Lucario makes sure all pokemon got x2 weakness

and uxie?

I see you use only supporters cards for serch in your deck for serch thinks, but i don't see cards for drawing..

why do you put 4 bebe's and 0 Roseanne's? you only have in your deck basic pokemons :S

your pokemon have few life, i take out of your deck your Bherta's and put 2 Poke turn and 1 Cyrus's

and you have a lot of energy's for a SP deck!! take out 3 energy (pyschic) and put 2 Energy Gain and 1 more Cyrus's!

The line's of energy are bad.. i change for this:

4 Call
2 Special Metarl energy
1 Special Darknes's energy
2 Darknes's energy
2 Psichic energy
1 Metal Eneregy

and the line's of pokemon's is , well, can be better..

you don't run bronzong Sp for moving your energy's.. you must take out your weaville and put honchkrow (is better starter)

so you can change 1 Skuntank G and 1 Lucario SP and put 2 Crobat SP
and take ower the Great and put 3-1 Uxie

I change more think's but this is for begining..

with all the SP running around skuntank can hardly get poison off. You'd be better off going with something else.

If you decide to stick with it though it's a solid toxitank list. Just max out your galactics inventions.
