Hey Gym. This is a little rogue deck that i've wanted to try out, and hopefully it will counter both sp and gengar decks.

The list:

Pokemon 17
3 gible SV
2 gabite SV
3 garchomp SV
1 garchomp L.X MD
2 baltoy GE
2 claydol GE
1 uxie LA
1 unown G
1 nidoking RR
1 Ampharos PL

T/S/S 29
2 roseannes
3 pokemon collector
3 bebe’s
3 felicity’s drawing
4 pokemon reversal
1 memory berry
2 expert belt
2 pokemon communication
4 poke drawer
2 rare candy
3 broken time space

Energy 14
4 DCE
4 Call
3 Fight
3 lightning

Basic strategy is to get a garchomp out by t2-3 and start dealing ~100 damage from that on. Then if I play against an sp deck, i will discard my nidoking and some fight energies with felicity's and then restore them with garchomp lv.X, and if i play against gengar decks i can get my ampharos up, and stop myself from getting fainting spelled. Haven't been able to playtest this myself yet, since i'm not home, but would like to see if you can tell me anything you would say i should improve, before i build the deck. Thanx :)

Thank you so far guys, but would prefer if you might be able to give some other advices regarding the list, fx, which trainers to swap around, or maybe some other techs, that might be able to help me against sp/gengar, since they're kinda the biggest threat in my metagame.
on prehand, thank you :)

I'm assuming the 'Gar deck you're going up against also has Curse and LVL X. Seems like you'd want Nidoqueen for that (and her attack is pretty useful too if you want to put in the psychic energy)

Amphy is good not only for Gengar but it helps against Gyarados too. Garchomp should be able to take care of opposing Garchomps and Flygons but some bench manipulation might make it easier to kill some things.

Claydol is useful but I love Sableye in these kinds of decks (and VS Seeker). He lets you go first so you can fetch your roseanne/collector/Bebe. But he also lets you get the Felicity and vs seeker lets you use it again the next turn. It's easy to filter through your deck that way and stops Gyarados from going first automatically. I don't think Pokemon collector is as useful in this deck as Roseanne. It gets three pokemon but you don't have that many basics at all. Truth is you want to fetch Nido King and Amp but they're not basics lol. This has some potential to be a toolbox but you only get three tools. Maybe invest in a pokemon who lets you move or remove energy from pokemon without attacking?

The most glaring things are Luxury Ball seems necessary and Azelf more than mandatory. If your Chomp LVL X is prized you're not screwed per se but it makes it harder to counter those other decks. (and if they're already beating you it's harder still since without azelf you're not getting a prize unless you can snipe)

Is it Honchkrow who can bring back basics to their bench and snipe them too? Or is that Honchkrow Lvl X? Something like that though would help because when they come back from your opponent's discard they'll have no energy on them and Chomp should be able to deal his full 120 to them (and 120 to Gyarados is very useful too)

To sum all that up there's a lot of stuff you could potentially abuse because there are so many pokemon worth having. But take out the pokemon collectors and make Roseanne's a 4 of.

The other suggestion I have is using Gardevoir with Telepass. Bring her back with three energy and then move them to Garchomp or whomever your attacker is at the moment.

Thank you for that reply, very much appreciated :)
will try to take ur advices and then fit them into my playstyle,
And i can't imagine how i could forget luxury ball nor azelf.. :b

Looks really interesting now. However you don't really have to attack with Sableye. It can randomly donk an opponent sure (dealing 40 damage on turn 1 is awesome) but if you find the other energy is more important then you should be able to add more of the others and take the darkness energy out. (One dark is fine I guess if your first turn is sableye into roseanne?).

Can you test it out on Redshark or something?

well.. the reason for my darkness energies are, that i also put in a shiftry, and that takes 2 darkness energies, And also, i need some sort of energy, to not drop way too low..
Btw thanx of reminding me of redshark, have previously thought about it, but then forgot to download it again, but now i have it, and i'm starting to test it out :)

I'm assuming the exploud is strictly for your pokemon to have no weakness? Test it out and see if it's necessary.

Have you thought about Alakazam?

Metagross SV is interesting (but only if you have Miasma Valley. It kills Gyarados until they get another stadium) and makes your Speed Impact do lethal damage more often. Even WITH Shiftry you should never need more than one darkness energy. Fortunately your main attacker doesn't care what energy it has attached to it so I'd go with whatever energy helps make the rest of your pokemon more consistant once you get that lvl X in play.

I would consider getting rid of Exploud. Is shiftry in there just so they can't pokemon reversal or something?

Exploud is for me not to get knocked by dragon rush. Have tried to test it on redshark, but i can't get a real game to get working :S
Shiftry is to get rid of gengars too, and then i like the body as well, thought i have thought about the devolouter one too, but figured that this one is more safe for the 120 damage to kill gengar (provided lucario gl) but mby the power one would be better..
It seems that if i'm to put in all those pokemon, i will get rid off too many trainers.
Alakazam seems nice too, might consider it, but will need to test my deck first, hopefully i can get shark to work as intended.. otherwise i will have to wait till friday so i can test it out with my dad..
