I'm going to put this very bluntly.

No it won't.

You need trainer focus.

Isn't there a rule here someplace that says you can't use too many singles when posting? If not, please invent one, BJ or Pop or Mom or somebody.

Yes, trainer focus is needed. Rather than playing single copies of certain cards, most trainers work best in multiples (i.e, 3 = Copycat, 3 = TV Reporters). Some more work could tweak this deck but it's alright. xP
 
Now I made this modification. (I only have 2 wobbuffets) so that's why I only have 2 wobbuffets in my deck

I strongly agree. Put in more draw. Lots more draw. If there isnt enough your deck will fail.
