Please note: I have limeted resourses so I don't have all the cards in the world. Also, I just converted from colecting pokemon to playing (I still colect) after a few years, so I am a little scetchy on the rules.

Let me be the 1st to congradulate you at your 1st attempt at a EON up deck and having said that I'll be nice. My 1st thought is, what is up with 30 Energy???
 
30 Energy's are to much for this deck and you do not this many just for this deck especially if it has only one gardevoir EX in your first post.

I would like to say some thing about what your thinking about building.Why
2 Gardevoirs when you already have 2 EXs of them.How about this.
-1Gardevoir
-1 Dunsarse
-1 Psychic Energy
-1 Skitty
+2 Switch
+2 Girafarig
And what about Multi Energy and Rainbow Energy.

I think 1 Lannets Net Search is good since your deck is just Psychic.If you add some more energys you could put 2 Jugglers in and , howbout a Aquapolis Espeon since you have 4 Eevees.If you do this deffinetly add at least 2 Rare Candys.

Check Sceptile Tech for a good Treecko deck.
 
Ummm, Lannettes Search? Just use Fan Club. Instead of 1 colorless (Dunsparce/Eevee) and 1 Psy (Girafarig/Ralts) it can get you any two basics.

Also make Eevee line 2/2 with Umbreon, then add a few darks for him. Umbreon will cover your Psy weakness a little better.
 
I agree with Spectreon Fan Club would be good.I dont know about Umbreon though.Dark Energys are pretty rare.2 Fan Clubs would be good.I still think you should put in an Aquapolis Espeon and Rare Candys.
