GC Stamped Hidden Legends Beldum... Legal?

This is one of those situations where "technically" going by the letter,the card is legal but in reality shouldn`t and therefore the TO should announce it before the start of the tournaments that it isn`t legal.After all, not everyone can make someones early Gym Challenge so it wouldn`t be fair to allow it to be used this early in other Gym Challenges as not everyone will be able to have gotten it. In fact, MOST people would not have had a chance to have gotten it!
