Not bad, at first glance, but first, which sets are your Ghosts from? I recommend the Fossil versions of each, since they're not weak to Sneasel, and have some impressive abilities. Also, drop the Berries for Switches, and the Bills for two Focus Bands and two Mr. Fujis or Scoop Ups.

The beautiful thing about this deck is that it should do reasonably well, even in unlimited! I decided to chuck out the normal M2's for ex Pokemon, change your trainer flow just a bit, and I'm done!

3 Cleffa, Patriarch? Seems a little much to me. Also, on your fix, I'd make it 2/2 Bill/Oracle instead of 4 Bill. Nice one on using SK Gengar! Superb combo with Mewtwo ex.

I think that it is a great deck but it could use a little bit more energy. Any decent energy removal deck could strip almost all of those energy away from you in no time. My deck happens to be one of them.

Ah, but that's the beauty of it! You ER or SER his Energies, he just absorbs them back with Mewtwo ex! Scoop Up/Super Scoop Up/Mr. Fuji would help, though.

Well, we've figured out that you need to counter ER/SER. Now, how to do it? Well, since this deck's Energies are all Basic, you can use NGR, Town Volunteers, Fisherman, and Ecogym to protect/recover your Energy. Super Scoop Up and Mr. Fuji will also help out, thanks to Mewtwo ex. For anti-removal cards, take out a Gust, a Gold Berry, the Bills, a Computer Search, and a Trader. 8 slots ought to do it, I think. Try 2 Fisherman, 2 Ecogym, 2 Nightly Garbage Run, and 2 Mr. Fuji.
