I was wondering on the attack of Gengars Shadow Room, if that Pokemon has any Poke Power's, put 6 damage counters on that Pokemon instead, is it refering to a pokemon having either a Poke Power or Poke Body or is it just plain poke power.

It means just Poke-Power.

For it to mean both, it would say either "power" or "Pokemon Power".
