I actually ran this deck for a couple BR's this season.

I don't think you need the junk arms, because, even though you can get back SSU's for healing, there's not much you are going to want to discard from your hand.

So

-3 Junk Arm
+1-1-1 Kingdra Prime

Also, Gengar LV. X is a good idea to run here.
