Hi my question is, If Electivire Lv.X MT uses it's attack pulse barrier and discards a tool on it's opponent's side of the field, and gets the effect were it can't be effected by damage or any other effects of attacks done to electivire during your opponents next turn. Can Gengar Lv.X use it's power level down and then hit electivire with one of its attacks?
Sorry if this is a basic question I couldn't find it anywhere.
OK so I did a little more research and I found that electivires effect should get removed, because blazikins jet shoot also gets removed by leveling down. It is an effect of an attack on electivre and by de-leveling it the effect should be romoved. .... I think im spelling effect wrong. My bad. But of course I need the Rules team's confirmation on this.
