Strategy: Use Umbreon, Evolite, and Max Potion / Scramble Switch to really bulk up Tornadus EX. Between Windfall, DCE, and Colress Machine I should usually be able to have a good set up by T2

One combo i would consider is Aspertia Gym, Ditto, more Eviolite, etc.

The pure tanking potential is skyward.
