When using Gible's Sand-Attack here is the question that came up...
My Turn... Sand-Attack with Gible
Player 2... Attacks with Rayquaza (Shiny Rare) and flips tails on Dragon Pulse Attack...
Does Player 2 have to discard the 2 cards because the attack was "failed" or as a result of this attack does nothing in Gible's text is seen as he does nothing?
