Don't forget to write the energies. Something maybe like 4 water 4 fighting 4 steel 4 else, we aren't in your place so we don't know.

Also having just 1 Azelf lvX, just an error ?

If you make sacrifices, you need to have some Pokemon to discard. Take 2 uxie, and why not 2 Crobat G (without any poketurns if you don't have place for it) "just as it" (maybe you could or will miss a KO for ten or twenty damages).
If you want to start quickly with Rhyperior, you must be sure you have the base : take 4 of them.
A 4/2/2/2 Rhyperior let you an option if you use a rare candy, (you can attack with Rhydon if needed and if he will not be KO, then use the sacrifice for Regigigas). But, you then should use some BTS. BTS is the best for a Stage 2 lv.x family because it's the slower thinkg actually.

I prefer that Rhyperior never have any energies, so no energy pick-up and instead more Night Maintenance. (The attack of the actual Rhyperior is a little hmmm annoying).
You don't need to discard too quickly, so -1 felicity or -1 regirock (why is he here ?). Someone use 2 luxury ball with Felicity, you can have one of it quicker than with one, and the second ball is discarded by Felicity.
I think Start Mountain is useless, as Regirock.
