I'm a big fan of Glisctomb, but there's a bit of problem. What happens when they judge you after burning poison? I recommend an engine of some sort, even if it's not that great, just in case.
Otherwise, Unown K makes for an infuriating lock. It can remove 20 damage from the defending pokemon, nullifying poison. You can go on infinitely and stall till you're set up, or maybe even deck them.
