First of all : Where can I grade my cards?
And how is the influence on the card's price?

Depending on "what" card you want graded depends on if it is worth while or not. I had a graded 9 mint E3 red cheeks pikachu and I would say it increased the alue slightly. It was the highest graded E3 to date . If you want to cehck into grading you can go www.beckett.com as they were the company who graded mine.

Beckett and PSA are the highest valued/best grading companies. You need a 9 or higher to raise the cards value. 8 Should keep it the same, but hold it over time.

Grading cards really helps those normally high value collector cards like 1st Edition or Shadowless Base Set Charizards. It also for rare things like E3 red cheeks Pikachu as mentioned above. Basically any highly collectible card that is normally worth a good amount any way, I've noticed that graded versions of these bring a lot more.

I'm not sure on prices, I know it varies by company, but I looked into it a few years ago and i don't remember it being that cheap, but I could be wrong.
