So I have been struggling to build a decent grass deck in today's formats. Granted, torterra is always an option but I feel that torterra is just using HP as a win condition because he himself needs so much work. IDK
Anyways, after torterra I looked back at leafeon. I didn't like magleaf, but I loved leafeon and I loved GE Sceptile. However the deck I think also has issues because I only have two copies of my attacker in my deck. If they kill two leafeon X then I am in night maintenance mode, which doesn't sound so great.
However I looked at what magleaf had over leaftile, it was that second attack. So then I looked at GE Tangrowth. Tangrowth and Sceptile were made for each other, no doubt. However now I face the problem of potentially having waaayy too many poke. I mean I am talking 3-3 tangrowth, 4-2-2-1-1 leafeon/X/umbreon/espeon and 2-1-2 tile with 3 candies. Thats a lot. Now i can fit in claydol and other trainers and such so the deck is PACKED. I'm not to convinced about consistency and overall power. I mean how often will I draw dead poke I don't want?
So any ideas or tips regarding these goobers is appreciated. I know about the IFDS Tan and SCep but I mean, I really care about IFDS till its out. For now I am just trying to get this deck to work. Another thought was either just Tan and TIle or just Tan and Leafeon. I really don't know. The concept I was going for was trying a different array of attacker. SImilar to a magic deck in the fashion that i could take any starter and make him an attacker and just keep rushing in with pokemon with high HP, and very powerful and useful attacks over and over. Let me know what you guys think, any help is appreciated,
