Strategy:

Attack with Blaine's Charizard's Roaring Flames attack the whole game and blow up Electrode using Buzzap Pokemon Power. You can generally get 80 damage quasi-consistently. Use Goop Gas attack when facing Mr. Mimes, Aerodactyls and the like.

I made a rushing magma deck with blaines too., pretty consistant.
