Groudon Ex/Magneton: The new deck?

Hey, this is my first thread, so if I do a bad job, tough luck. :D Anyhoo, I was eating dinner and for some odd reason, I was looking at my new, shiny, Groudon EX (HL). I was looking at Crushing Mantle, and it seemed like if you get a couple of Magnetons going, you do INFINATE damage! So, what do you think?

Pokemon: 19
3x Grouden EX
4x Magneton
4x Magnemite
4x Iggly
2x Medicham
2x Meditite

Trainers: 24
2x Steven
3x POR
2x Seer
2x Petm
2x Pfc
2x ATMR
2x Desert sha
2x WP
1x Town vol
4x TV
2x Copycat

Energy: 17
6x Lightning
11x Fighting

The point of the deck is to get a bunch of Magnetons running and Iggly for energy. I have tested against BAR (40% win), Garde (35%), and others (like expload and cro) (50%). So, yeah. :) Can anyone know how to increase these percents?

I was thinking about a deck like this too.
I'd certainly take out the Igglies for Dunsparces.
I'd also try to add Delcatty since it's a very good drawing engine to use with Magneton.

If you want to keep the Medicham, I'd play it something like this:

Pokemon: 23
3 Groudon ex
4 Magnemite
4 Magneton
2 Skitty
2 Delcatty
2 Meditite
2 Medicham
4 Dunsparce

Trainers:19
2 Professor Elm's Training Method
4 Oracle
7 Draw/Shuffle (TVR/Steven's/POR/Copycat/etc...)
1 Town Volunteers
3 Fisherman
2 Warp Point/Switch

Energy: 18
4 Lightning
14 Fighting

That's about what I'd play, although I might go with Wobbuffet or something psychic rather than Medicham, since you'll need to use something anti-Wobb and Medicham is weak to psychic, but w/e. Good luck with it.

I don't think I need Medicham, but wouldn't 3 different energy types be hard to get when you need them? I like the idea of adding Wobb, but how would I fitt in the Energy? Thanks for the feedback!

Well, your main attacker would be Groudon ex. So most of your energy would be fighting. Then you could add around 4 Psychic and 3-4 Lightning energy. You don't really need more than that, because you're not trying to get Wobb out early and Magneton recycles the energy. You could even put in Lady Outing or Team Aqua/Magma's Conspirator to search for the type of energy you need! Plus with Delcatty and all the trainers, you can draw a lot of cards, allowing you to get a large amount of total energy to fuel Groudon ex's attack.

Hope this helps.

Even still, the deck doesnt do enough damage. I would be quite surprised if you could do 100 a turn, and even then, thats not quite enough. Sorry =/. Blaziken ex will Ko it in one hit, and even with reversal it wouldnt stand too much a of a chance. Nice idea tho =/

Joner, why to be a downer. :(

I play a similar deck only its Kyorge EX, and Magneton/Delcatty is the way to go. Soo much draw its insane. Just as a pasing thought, to keep your DonEX from being OHKO by BEX you might want to think about buffer piece? Its just an idea, have yet to try it.

Hey thanks for all the help guys! I find it really cool that someone is considering playing my idea in a tournament. Go kick Blazi's behind! Thanks for all your help again!
