Pretty much a basic gyrados. Get magicarps in the discard fast and hit big with gyrados. Use luxray for free knockouts and to get out of spirit tomb lock. The warp energies are for retreated damaged gyrados easily and to get out of gliscor lock. Cyclone is for easy knockouts and can help against spirit tomb lock.
