1) You send first unless I know you and mutually agree.
2) I am very reluctant to send overseas. See rule 1.
3) I'm not worried about mint cards if they're game stuff. But if they're collection items they MUST be mint.
4) If you send me silver border worlds deck cards you will be sorry.
