Card Value in Trades (usually, unless it's a more popular card)
2-3 Commons = 1 Uncommon
2-3 Uncommons = 1 Rare
2 Rare = 1 Holo
2-3 Holos = 1 Ex
2-3 Ex = 1 Lv. X
Reverse Holo/Uncommon* Trainers = x1.5 their usual amount
*except for good supporters like castaway and TGW, they are worth more
