Throw in one plasma energy and you can take your pick of some lesser Plasma storm card- maybe one of the random reverse pokes or holos I pulled, and then I think we have a deal!

I have some bulk, but probably not nearly enough to get to a Lugia or Cobalion. I'm assuming that would take a lot of bulk X D.

Don't need the Victory Piece, but I would do 1x RH Skyla, 2x Bicycle (1 RH), and 2x Hypnotoxic Laser for the Victini EX FA.

Change 3 of those Plasma Energies into a Snorlax and we are golden (I have a soft spot for the tubby guy X D).
 
lol, yes, probably :p I take all rarities though (not just c/uc), so who knows, maybe you do have enough. Cobalion ex regular for example is 1600 C/UC, but the number would be lower if you had bulk of other stuff too (rares, reverses, holos, promos, etc)
