Looking to Troll and Toad where I buy cards, Articuno EX FA is 11 and Rayquaza EX promo is 9$ can you give me better deal?
 
It's the best I can offer. Ray EX simply isn't that valueble.

I do not see trollandtoad.com as a legitimate source for pricing. If you look at their Articuno ex prices they actually value the regular art higher than the full art. I believe ebay gives a better idea of actual value - based on recent demand/supply.

Looking at sold listings on ebay Articuno ex seems to sell for double the price of a Ray ex.
