Hawlucha's (FUF) attack, Flying Press, does 60 damage and says if the opponents active Pokemon isn't an EX, this attack does nothing.

Espeon's (DEX) ability, Solar Revelation, prevents all effects of your opponent's attacks, except damage, done to each of your Pokemon that has any energy attached to it.

Does Hawlucha deal damage to a non-EX Pokemon that is under the effect of Solar Revelation?
