The strategy is to set up empoleon as fast as possible hopefully within 2 turns while palkia keeps your opponent from getting far by buying time in the active spot. once empoleon is ready retreat palkia for 1 energy with mantine and snipe off claydol from hydro cannon. If you need to pack an extra punch u bring up mothim by retreating empoleon free by mantine, do silver wind and next turn retreat it for free, bring up empoleon and snipe for 120. The point of this deck is speed and power and BTW i have no rare candies(although if u want to give me some that be fine:lol:
