I liked, "Let's Play with Everybody!" more. But I like that Pichu. That card practically guarantees a long game, and except for the HP, if makes a good starter (unless your opponent is starting with Spiritomb).
That means we Rare Candy these guys straight into Raichu, right?

I third that. I hate how they didn't put Prerelease on the promo card. I'll really be ticked if they decide to put that on other cards. The slevees look like they simply changed Arceus to Lugia and Ho-oh. This is just another thing I don't like about the current state of the promo slevees.
Lastly is this a hint that we will be getting those awesome new energies: "...select Energy cards with a brand-new look."
I just love the new artwork on the enregies.

I don't think it works this way.
Without the Baby Evolution, Pichu can't even become Pikachu.

Yeah, if I recall correctly, baby pokemon can't evole anymore. For whatever reason that is. :S

Oh, man! That's not cool!
I feel like putting this guy into a Raichu LV. X deck anyway. Playground is just that awesome to me even though your opponent can take advantage of it... It also works well with SP Pokemon IMO.
