Hi guys,im new on this forum and quite new to this game[4months].I have an idea though its not the first of its kind its quite fun.

3 spheal
3 sealeo
3 walrein
2 wobbuffet
2 feebas
2 milotic
2 suicune ex
4 dunsparce

4 tv reporter
4 potion
3 stevens advice
2 rare candy
3 oaks research
4 oracle

19 water

Please give your opinions guys.Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks.

oops i made a mistake about the energy.its supposed to be 15 water and 4 psychic.the reason im playing psychic over multi is i can crush draw a psychic but not multi.

I play Regice EX. Mainly for Crobat decks but Regice EX isn't a bad pokemon to play against other decks as well.

RegiceEX(W)HP90

Pokebody:Crystal Body
Prevent all effects of attacks, except damage, done to RegiceEX by the attacking pokemon.

(W)(W)(C)Freeze Lock60
Flip a coin if heads, your opponent cn't attach Energy from his or her hand to the defenidg pokemon during his or her next turn.

Weakness(M)
Resistance
Retreat CVost(C)(C)

So now the deck looks like this:

3 spheal
3 sealeo
3 walrein
2 feebas
2 milotic
4 dunsparce
2 wobbuffet
2 regice ex

4 tv reporter
4 potion
3 stevens advice
2 wallys training
2 rare candy
3 oaks research
4 oracle

14 water
5 psychic

oh,and what do you guys think about adding in gorebyss?

Don't do it: this deck can't afford to loose focus of its primary goal:

1) Swarm Walrein early
2) Heal with Milotic when necessary
3) Clean up with Milotic late

Gorebyss isn't worth it, Milotic's a much better heavy hitter.

What would you guys suggest me to use as anti-grass cause in my area grass[crobat, sceptile etc.] is king followed by blaze and gardy.

Against Sceptile, a few well-placed Crystal Shards and Island Cave as a counter stadium should take care of things. Just make sure you have a Milotic handy to heal when needed.

Crobat is easily taken care of with Island Cave.

when it comes to milotic use to heal, maybe add in a briney's compassion as last resort just incase you get both milotic out early game, its always good to have one late game also.

why would you play regice when you need to beat other decks by them using exs with desert runs.

I'm not sure what you meant but Regice is used to counter Crobat. Desert Ruins doesnt affect Regice eithe rbcause it only has 90HP.

To counter grass will be a little tough with this deck but what I suggest is probably to use Sealeo to attack and do 10 damage to each of our opponent's Pokemon, and to use Milotic to get a first hit so even with resistance it still does 50 damage. Mainly though you will want some Crystal Shards. You can Oracle for them when you need them so only put in like 2 or 3, it sucks drawing Crystal Shard when you don't need them.

What I suggest is:
-2 Wobbuffet
-4 Potion
-5 Psychic
-2 Wally's Training

+3 Water Energy
+2 Crystal Shard
+3 Prof. Elm Training Method
+2 ATM[Rock]
+1 Spheal
+1 Sealeo
+1 Walrein

Basically I don't think you need Wobb for this deck and using it to counter looses focus on Walrein. I took out Wally's Training because Prof. Elm is better. I also added 2 ATM[Rock] mainly because it is just a good card to have in your deck and may come in handy sometimes, but if you don't want it replace it for more water energy.

Geoffro's got the right idea. Since you should be using 4 Oracle, finding the solitary Briney's Compassion late game should be easy. Try adding in one in place of something like Potion.

Potion won't really help ya too much, dude. This format's all about the OHKO: Gardevoir ex, Rayquaza ex, and Suicune ex are all capable of doing unlimited damage. Walrein is trying to prevent that damage entirely, not heal it. A TeCH Briney or two would serve better than a potion.
