Help Needed on Putting Reference for iTrader

I am trying to put my first reference for a trade I just ended. I sent trade and got the trade from the guy I traded with. The system says my thread was invalid so I can't finish. I used the thread in my signature. Is there something I am doing wrong? Sent a pm to a moderator on Saturday but haven't heard back. Want to do this fast but can't. Thank you to anyone who can help me.

Do you have screenshots of the message that it is giving you? Also, what are you posting that is coming up invalid? Make sure you're filling everything out when entering a reference. If you have any other questions, send one of us a PM. I missed your first one since my mom was in the hospital all weekend. I've been running from there and work. Going to close this as well, since this is the trade thread!
