I'm hoping to be running this deck at my local regionals and i'm looking for some feed back on getting this deck fully tweaked.

That's if you don't want to play 4 Mesprit for the Palkia G lock. This gives you a better balance of Pokemon and a lot more draw. Palkia should be the main attacker unless you face Macheap.

+1 Power Spray
+1 Night Maintenance
+1 Luxury Ball
+1 Bebe

Luxury and Bebe for Search, NM for recycling Pokemon/Energy, Power Spray cos it's too good not to run 4.

-4 Rainbow (you have a lot of Energy search, so not needed)
-1 Metal (why is this in the deck?)
+2 Basic Dark (for Honchkrow/Weavile)
+1 Water
