Help with my Plasma Deck

So I have had a good result with this deck but not enough to really do well in competition and was wondering if anyone had an idea on making it better.

I feel like im close to making a decent deck that can compete but am having problems executing any ieas?

More draw cards like Colress, N, Juniper/Sycamore, etc.

Concentrate on Team Plasma cards, you seem to be just putting random Pokemon in there.

You definitely need Deoxyys EX since it helps boost damage done by Team Plasma Pokemon.

I would add in another thunderus ex since you play a lot of energies and running 2 copies can really boost energy acceleration and help out a lot late game.
