help with my xerneus mew two deck

I built this a few days ago and see its solid but has issues quickly setting up

2 aromatisse
2 mew two ex
1 keldeo ex
1 mr. Mime
1 pikachu
1 raichu

2 colress
2 lysandre
2 fairy garden
3 muscle band
3 max potion
1 super rod
2 startling megaphone
3 level ball
4 ultra ball
1 dowsing machine

The deck was made to get a 2nd turn x blast with no way for your opponent to ohko u back. It is a very fast list but recently I had issues getting aromtisse up.

I'm hoping people here can lend advice on this. Thanks

Maybe consider Dedenne to add 2 basic to your bench for consistency and to hit Yvetal EX and Lugia EX for heavy damage. Evosoda may help setting up Aromatisse but it may not be necessary.

Correct me if I'm wrong: hasn't N rotated out along with Super Rod?
