Sharif, you definitely need to throw Milotic in there. Just think of the possibilities. You can attach a DRE then retreat it, your opponent's reaction will be great. Also, I'd try to add an ATM Rock to capitalize on Regice's full potential. Good luck with your deck.

Hate to say this but ancient tomb does not protect regice EX because of the EX status and you can not use double rainbow energy on an EX or a basic pokemon. But if you want Regice EX as your main attacker then play water call swampert line and 3-4 regice and maybe a TRR kingdra line to protect your weakness.
