Random? How so?
I was responding to this:

Twins isn't speed since it can only be used when behind. But if somebody wanted to increase the speed of their deck overall, they wouldn't play 3 or 4 Twins. (Except Lost World decks.)

Oh, I see. Still, it wouldn't be used for speed. That would still be under recovery, because if you can use it, then you need to make a "comeback" and "recover" from your setback.
